Academic Focus: Math to Cyber Bridge
My Mathematics degree provided a rigorous analytical framework for modern cybersecurity. Unlike traditional CS degrees, I focused on bridging pure theory with practical security applications:
- Cryptography & Number Theory: Applying core concepts from Abstract Algebra (Groups, Rings, Fields) to master the mathematical principles behind modern encryption protocols (RSA, ECC).
- Network Resilience: Using Graph Theory to model network topologies, analyze secure communication pathways, and detect anomalies in connected systems.
- Algorithmic Modeling: Modeling algorithmic complexity and system behavior using tools from Real Analysis and Differential Equations.
Leadership & Soft Skills
As a CTF Team Leader, I translated this analytical mindset into practice by:
- Coordinating problem-solving strategies during time-critical competitions.
- Mentoring peers through complex security challenges (Reverse Engineering & Crypto challenges).
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and research.
This academic background drives my current passion for Security Research and low-level Systems Engineering.
